Some may think meditation is difficult or that there is no time for it! Quieting our minds can feel impossible… but we all meditate in different ways all the time.

If your mind is focused on something other than what you are doing at that moment; you are practicing a form of meditation.

To calm the mind… we simply begin to train our brain to focus our thoughts on what we choose… as in guided, transcendental, prayerful, or mindful meditations.
